Cancun Round 2....

So thought maybe I'd keep a little thread of our week in Cancun.

As mentioned in a previous thread, we're here for another round of IVF after a failed round in Jan....only here 8 days this time instead of 15.....thank goodness!!! It's def a nice medical vacation

On that note, we are traveling on a budget and not staying at the best places or have the best flights as the money goes to meds and Dr lol....so we booked with Aeromexico out of Ontario with a layover at Guadalajara for 1.5hrs and then one in mex city for 35min....I know cutting it short right? But we thought the airline put this package together so it should be ok.

Well we get to the airport at 1030pm and I get an email that the flight was delayed till 130am....I start to worry about our layovers and making out first appointment today at 130pm. I talked to the gate agent and told her the situation. The next thing I know, they are changing our flights so we skip the Guadalajara leg and flight straight to mex city....on top of that, we were bumped to first class....SCORE!!!!

This was a life saver as we would have never made our connecting flights and be here for the 130pm appointment.

Long story short, all the cards fell into place and we made it here.

Saw the Dr. and he said we are good to go for transfer on Thursday.

Going to plan some excursions to fill in the time.....

This MASSIVE roach ran across the floor at ONT as soon as we sat down lol

I like the Aeromexico flight attendants lol

Hopefully the last time here lol

I told Kim that this was not included in our med bill and it had to stay lol jk

I failed to mention that my grandma hasn't traveled too much so we decided to take her with us. She's looking forward to getting out and seeing something new
