I went last year and had a great time. We only floated from Branson's to the cienega springs launch ramp. I'd say that took us a good 2 maybe 2 1/2 hrs to do and was plenty by the time we got there. Half of our group didn't even do the float and just took the boats and went up to the sand bar. Wish I could do it again this year.

Not doing the float. Went a couple years ago and had a good time watching from the shore of Rio Del Colorado. Wind was blowing so hard that many floats ended up getting stuck on the beach and in reeds. It was pure entertainment.

Lots of traffic tonight and the wind was whipping in Palm Springs. And lots of cops on the road.

Tomorrow will probably be worse lol

    Weather is amazing though.
