Pete Carroll will take an untold amount of blame/heat for that call but isn't Russell Wilson somewhat responsible for throwing yet, another interception? How anyone can blame one without blaming the other is beyond me.

The one thing that everone is overlooking is the fact that Russell Wilson should have thrown the ball to the outside shoulder of his receiver (away from the defender) and not to the inside shoulder like he did.
