Smoked St. Louis Ribs for me and heres the recipe.


Set ribs in Apple Juice for 3 Hrs. Full Rack)

Rub with Mustard after ribs are removed fron Apple Juice ( Grey Poupon my favorite )

Apply Rub

Let sit for 2 Hrs.

Smoke for 2 Hrs. 250-300 Deg.

Wrap ribs in foil and add Apple Juice,wine or whatever is desired

Smoke for 1/ 1/2

Remove ribs from foil (Cut up Ribs)

Apply BBQ Sauce

Smoke for 1 Hr.

RUB RECIPE

1/2cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Paprika
1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
