Thanks to all that voted.I can not take any credit for the build.A very good friend of mine and I purchased the boat with a enclosed trailer last year from Tom Heckman .The boat was the last Biesmeyer out of Steel Marine before they closed. Then the boat went to Pat's Fiberglass where the floors were done and the boat was recapped per Billy B.Billy had the boat for around a year to complete the paint. The boat then went to Dave Rankin for rigging. After the boat was rigged Tom took the boat completely apart to polish, chrome and to polish again. It took Tom spent over a year to custom fab a lot of parts and put the boat back together .The motor is a 468 chevy world block and heads.8:71 Mooneyham blower,Enderle bug catcher.Mallory super mag 3.The motor runs on race gas and has been on the dyno and pulls around 850 hp.Very mild set up.It is not no fire breathing methanol k boat motor, but is very fun to drive.

When I started boating on the Parker strip when I was 17. Everyone had flat bottoms. That is when I was hook on boating.I purchased my first flatty when I was 17.I had many flat bottoms, runner bottoms for years.I think it was back in 1982 when the river was flooded and closed for a year. That is when Havasu took off.I then started going to bigger boats. The lake was no fun for a flatty and the water was way to rough. For the last 25 years I have had a couple v bottoms and now a cat.I really wanted to get back into a flat bottom again and that happen last year. What a rush to get back in a blown Biesmeyer .My wife thought I was going through mid life. The first time in the boat I thought " What the hell are you doing, you are to fucking old to be doing this shit" but my left foot did not forget how to work a down pedal.I guess it is like riding a bike. There is no bigger rush then throwing a boat into a turn at 70 to 80 mph.Sharp Shooter can tell you.Anyhow,Thank you for the votes and thank you Hot Boat for the cooler.
