its havasu, everyone know lisa turner,actually, jeff from masonery and more introduced me to her, also she sells the homes for vanderbuilt,

you and a few others,... infact a lot of others recommended her,... she seems to be the top realtor in havasu..

oh and might I add, good choice of you to work out of her office...how the sells going

we did the survey on the lot... next we grade..we're going down to a 98 grade so I can have a 14' garage door
havasu has a 15' max build height from 100' grade

That's a great size. I'm going to have to look at the plans on a computer screen.
