That is good advice. I also put tape over the case lens. Another thing, use the little orange clip that is provided by go pro, it stops the clicking then the camera bounces around while filming.

What little orange clip? I've never seen one.

I've used adobe premier and adobe elements but when I convert the movie the resolution is horrible. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
