Yeah, when you first wrote that I was gonna post a smart ass/ possibly relating to a former boat Mfg. comment and didn't do it. I've driven a 26' at low triple digits for a long distance before, but no where near those speeds and it would be sketchy. Condolences to the family/loved ones for sure , life is fragile--

This really rips at my heart. I have spoke with Steve and he is one of the nicest most knowledgeable guys I know when it comes to this size boat. He was extremely instrumental in my decision on what drive I was going to run. I pray for a miracle that they find him alive. We as boaters cannot bare to lose another person that enhances our sport and way of enjoyment. My heart goes out to the Tripp family, the RPM family, and the boating community.
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out and smokin, shouting "Holy Shit ...What A Ride!"
