    Stolen! Blower and Carbeuration

Between Dec7th and Jan 31st, 2014 in Bullhead City, AZ, our BDS blower assembly and carbeuration were stolen off our boat! The air scoop matches the paint on the boat. Please contact us if you hear or see anything. (928) 716-2963Name: photo 2.jpg

Welcome Bigdaddy...hopefully someone in the boating community will recognize if they try to sell to a boater. I'm guessing it will fit a street application also, that opens it up to a lot more unscrupulous people to purchase stolen parts. Do those have serial numbers?

No Serials! Just receipts! And if that won't make your stomach turn. Your right about that, it will fit a street app.

These aren't your carbs, are they?

This "looks" like your blower...but...I guess most blowers look alike.

Any more particulars? What carbs, what size blower, any distinguishing features?

Good spot Formula, but I don't believe they are the parts.
The OPs carbs and the Craigslist are both BG Demons, the OP's don't appear to be Dominator size. plus somebody would have had to spend some money to change the fuel line and regulator and the carb to blower adaptor is for a 14/71.
The blower on Craiglist is NEW and hard to fake that. Plus that is a COMPLETE kit, including the manifold and a upper pulley/belt guard. I don't believe the POS that snagged the OPs blower took the time to snake the manifold too, as well as ALL the drive.
