    That's one of the owners boat at Kings View. He actually rents it out,,,, when there is water,,,lol. He has had it parked on the beach since August.

    He will just let it sit there til mid Feb. when the water comes back up. He doesn't really care, it just rents it. He has another boat that he uses.

    The water comes up that high? I swear it's not that much higher...or I'm not seeing the picture ...the big picture

    Yeah the water does come that high, about 2/3rds up the pontoon. Figure that the water level is 3-4 feet higher vertical from where it is in that pic or right now. Water level is right around 445' now but the water is normally 448' to 449'.
