I would love the names of your brothers, uncles, mother in law, wife and her sister so that I may add them to my shirt.

Thank you for the offer for sponsorship, but the run is not going to cost me much more than entry fees. You are already part of this run. If you like you can donate to the American Cancer Society, I set up a fundraiser page. The link is on the Original Post.

What is the max miles I need to train for? When we did the century rides we never rode more than 85 miles at one time before actually doing the 100 miles.

My problem is I hate running on a treadmill, so I will have to get some pepper spray. It's dark out when I can go.
Yea running at night is sketchy and tread mills are boring. I mainly worry about getting hit by a car. I'd start with 3-4 miles 2 days a week. 1 day of sprints. Get on the treadmill, put it on ten and go for 15 seconds then walk for 30. Do this 10-15 times. You can also do this in the cardio classroom at your gym. 1st just go for a run. Then whatever is sore the next day is what you need to focus working on! My knees are kinda shitty so I try to ice them after every run.

My left knee is shitty too! Putting a treadmill on 10 is likely gonna have me on the floor behind the treadmill. I'm 5' tall, my legs work harder.
