    Wake up 7-7:30am and hit the sack around 11:00pm eastern time of course, unless it's the weekend, then it's when I run out of Bud light.

    I was in bed when this post started lol.

    I wake up every morning at 3:45 and am in bed/asleep by 9pm.

    Bed at 12, up at 6:30 or whenever my wife yells at my 3 year old for stealing food from or hitting my 1 year old. Its like a circus

    I'm in bed by 10:00 and alarm goes off at 5:15 to hit the gym. I generally fall asleep on the couch or the floor while watching TV around 8:30 though.

    Bed around midnight.

    Wake up whenever but it seems to be getting earlier and earlier as I get older.

    Yup.....almost exactly the same story for me with the exception of hitting the gym, other than that.....fall asleep on the couch and up at 5......no alarm needed

    Bed around 0100-0200, up around 1000ish. Only way I ever see these early hours you guys are talking about is if I drink too much water before bed.
