Help me pick my next boat....

In the next year I hope to make some changes on the boat front.

    We currently have 2 boats: 05 28' Sleek Enforcer and a 01 23' Tritoon

We have recently decided that we are going to move the Sleek down the road. Its just too much boat (storage, wipe down,etc...) for where we want to be right now. Picked up a great little tritoon from vic a couple years back and the family loves it. Truth be told we have used it 10x more than our sleek in that time frame.....The big boat is just a pain with the kids these days.

The problem with the toon is it is great for the family but sucks to drive. I'm talking 28 mph set on kill

When the Big boat hits the bricks I will want to sell the toon and parle the $$$ into one boat that will work for the family and still be fun to drive.

Looking to pay cash (say 20K)

    needs to be under 23'

Needs to handle the water on Parker even on the biggest weekend safely

    Lets say 60 mph+

    Needs to be I/O

    Needs to hold 8+ people

needs to be a good manufactuer that builds good boats that will last

I'm thinking a walk through open bow?

What boats should I be looking at?

I have always liked the Hallett 210-S Open Bow...just don't know if you could pick one up for $20,000. Here's the perfect boat for you. You just need to add to your budget.

    20k

Newer toons are nice and with a 350 v8 would be a ton better to drive but there is not going to be much in my price range that are not ragged out.

Thats a contender.....They seem to be in the 18-25K range depending on motor and year built.

I have never ridden in a 210 I wonder if it will have enough freeboard? (3 small kids)

I'm hoping to land in a 210 in the next year or so. I'm gonna be jealous if you get a 210 before me
