Within 100' also is the "kids beach" area as I call it with the water slide and the lawn chairs and umbrellas.

Thanks everyone for the help and input.

Just made reservations for Aug 29-Sept 2nd Labor Day weekend bungalow 3 & 4.

On a side note, I was told it is pet friendly and was considering bringing my chocolate lab...
Any input on this? Do people usually brings their pets when they stay there? Not trying to be the odd person out bringing a dog when its my first time there lol

Might be your neighbor that weekend, dogs everywhere and there is bit of grass called the "dog park" about 100 feet from bungalow 4.

So I have a 19ft jet boat open bow...would it be safe to rent a slip for the weekend or is there too much of a risk of waking up to see the boat under water?
Just not sure if I should pull it out every night....
    Thoughts???

I think the slips are free. But if I were you, I wouldn't park anything of value there. The water is nuts there not to mention the boats.
