Here in the rig department, the 28 is being assembled and wired. We are using Livorsi mega rim smart craft gauges. We opted to use clear anodizing for a more elegant look. The stereo system will be Alpine ipod and sirus ready it will have two PDX digital amps with 2000 watts of power two 12" sub woofers and eight component speakers. We are putting the finishing touches on our current project. Here you can see the interior installed and the stereo system is going in. As you can see some of the subtle changes we have made only enhances what used to be an Eliminator Fun Deck. What we were trying to accomplish is a roomier cockpit feeling. We actually gained two more seats and more storage by eliminating the refrigerator piece that used to protrude into the walk way. At the helm we used the gunnal to build a control pod so we were able to move the seat closer to the side of the boat and that allowed us to center the steering wheel with the drivers seat as well. We also decided to use a single bucket seat at the helm instead of the person and a half seat. This will allow the driver a more comfortable and secure feeling as they pilot their boat. Please let us know your thoughts and opinions as I welcome your input as we progress in our future projects. Thanks again for looking, we will be wrapping this one up next week as soon as the Merc Racing 525 arrives.
