I will say this, running does get easier for me when I am in like a meditated type of state. Where I am so far/deep in thought that I forget I am even running. I need to learn to get to that state of mind faster and every time I jog I guess.

The loop is one hell of a run. I go up the steep side first, yea it's rough but I'd rather run up a steep hill than run down. That's how you get injured or eat shit. I really like running the Newport Back Bay. It has a lot of rolling hills which are more fun than constantly going up!
Try some of the wacky tabacky before you run to get in that meditated state. LOL...I like to change up my music too. Sometimes I'll get in the zone to some jazz or really mellow music.

I crashed in Rancho Cucamonga last night and had to drive home this am. I left at 6am and got home at 8. Fuck that noise! I give you credit for doing that shit daily. I'm against traffic, it usually takes me 25 mins to get to my office in Diamond Bar. ... Ok now time to head to work...
