OOopppsss, sorry, I missed your post...
Ya, its pretty killer as is the rest of the patio... the previous owner took their mini frige and wine refrig with them when they moved... :( My FIL doesnt see the need...
Maybe we can have a little get together here this summer...

BBQ looks huge.....48" grill? I had a 32" inch and found it to be a bit small when grilling for a crowd. Im going to bump it to a 48" or 53"
