    Wow.............. 30 years..............

    Bittersweet feelings here my friends...

30+ years The LBC has been my second home, and its rapidly drawing to a close...

I hope I have done a fair job representing the LBC in the journey... We will be packing up/closing up shop at the end of this week and moving this homestead to STL... I will be back as often as possible BUT it wont be the same...

Mute this (first) one and listen to the second, the first has some good Bradley shots... Makes me think of the 80's and 90's when I was busy exploring all things LBC...

Trips will not stop... Just not as frequent AND they will be VACATION, not work...

I think I need to snowbird in Parker with Sangzilla... AND take advantage of some of the local talent for glass/paint/vdrive updates...

My MIL passed mid May and my FIL is super bad with dementia, the home here in LB is being cleared out (his fourth since he moved back here in the mid 80's) and will be listed in about two weeks (after the touch ups/cleaning and staging)...

We have purchased a super nice home in Lake St Louis at the the Lake Forest CC and we are moving him back to STL so we can take care of him in his last years... He is slipping away fast...

We will keep our mini farm as my escape/tax shelter...

Sorry to hear about the family changes, it's unfortunate that it happens to all of us, I did the same thing 11 years ago when my Mother was sick, she passed 6 months later, spend as much time as you can with them, it's time you'll never get back.
Kudos for being there for him, good luck with the move, good things happen to good people, take care.
