They still have quite a bit of clean up, finishing the docs, and all the health and code inspections to pass. Liquor license approved.

Due to electrical issues Sundance will not be opening July 4th. They still have a lot of work to do with regards to inspections and are going to extend a grand opening date to Labor Day weekend. I will keep you all updated as I get updates from Mr. Shubin.
