I've never done a poker run in the rain, until today. Thank god for canopies, but they didn't stop all the rain. I feel like someone shot me in the forehead with a shotgun lol
Great day anyway. Got to stretch my legs and burn a lot of gas. From the channel to the springs and back between 80-100 I burned close to 80 gallons LOL. Worth every penny and we managed to pass many boats in the process. Fun fun day!!
Got a tow from the very cool officers this morning. Apparently the channel was closed due to divers cleaning up. Told them I needed to get to Monster Bash, he said grab this rope

Call his name and he'll start bobbin his head, follow you around. Last summer he kinda freaked me out and seemed to defend his space but this summer he's been super friendly.
