When I first bought these knives I cut myself all the time. Once the knife was on the cutting block and I bumped my hand into it...I had to go get surgical wrap and band aids...I hope they're that sharp again. The knife sharpening person told me my knives are in excellent shape and only needed to be sharpened and not repaired. Originally Posted by djunkie

We've got a bunch of cutco knives. Great knives but expensive. Lol, when your neice is the salesperson you tend to buy stuff you don't really need.
