Advice, bring a jacket with you on the plane. Years ago I flew out there and boarded the plane wearing only a t shirt and shorts. I landed in Milwaukee and guess what my luggage is nowhere to be found. I'm only staying 70 mile away in Fond du lac. The airline assured me that I would get my luggage a.s.a.p. a.k.a. 2 days later. I froze my nuts off...

PS: watch your speed on the freeways there. I saw lots of people getting pulled over for just barely going over the speed limit.
