Lol, I made two batches, first one was a trial run. I'll never fry bacon again, unless maybe camping

Only way to cook bacon! I like to cook about 4 pounds then put them in freezer, pull out a couple strips pop them in microwave for 40 seconds instant bacon sandwich. Also bring the bag to river makes cooking breakfast a snap with no mess to clean up.

So I went to buy bacon tonight it's very expensive, so hey I'll try the meat counter on your suggestion, less expensive than prepackaged. OMG Becky, it's the bomb! No contest between the two.

I'm going to try the butcher kind but I just bought a 4 pack from Costco so I'll have to finish that first. At the rate I'm eating bacon it shouldn't take more than 5 days lol
