What do you guys think 3 or 4 hours.

Generally, the charters I have looked into today are all 4 hours. Im not sure if they will discount the price if we are an hour less.
Wont hurt to ask though. The only boat I say that charges by the hour was the 3rd option on the old fishing boats.
