I get along with everybody. Not always easy.

There is NO way I would chose sides. Honestly I have seen things I don't care for but at the end of the day Dave would help Vic and WMC and they would help Dave.

Many of us in business have friendly competitors It's no big deal

Yeah.....Freindly. Just got back from a lunch at an accounting firm for their partner appreciation day where they had the In N Out truck. All the bankers there know each other in one form or another having either worked somewhere together or competed against each other. I think I counted seven banks and I knew someone from each of them.
