Kinda stressful. We have and offer and put an offer in but it's all about meeting in the middle and getting my payment where I need it. Then I find out today anything over 417k is considered a jumbo loan and the interest rate is higher than what I want to pay

No we own now. Bought my first low in jan 2010. Got a good amount in equity so I'm looking for something bigger with room for grandma. Thanks for the well wishes
