Nothing would have fixed the old wood fence

I have the same wood fence and cant stand it. My neighbor wont go half on a new vinyl one either.

Neither did two of ours. Pisses me off so much because they certainly add value and look beautiful. One neighbor is mad because we cut his trees which were encroaching on our property.

LOOKING GOOD....any part of the tree, that hangs over your property you can do what want with it.

I rape my neighbors trees. They were so far over on our property a couple weeks ago, I had to get out the heavy duty saws. His wife came out and looked at me and I said "just cleaning up these trees" She turned around and went back inside. A week later, I saw the guy and he said "Thanks for trimming the trees, wife wife came in and told me I should be doing it!"

LOOKING GOOD....any part of the tree, that hangs over your property you can do what want with it.

just so you don't end up in court you can trim the neighbors tree back as long as it is still safe not to fall or blow over and land on his house..........
