That's kind of funny Kate. I did grow up in a house with a pool but I guess I took it for granted because a pool wasn't even a thought to me when we bought our house.
We were at my parents a couple weeks ago for a gathering thing and the pool does seem to, uh, break the ice.

I need to do some more work on it. There is a spot on the left between the palms that needs something. I also want to do a redwood fence to ad some color in the background.
