Yea but you have to pay them 12 bucks or something then wait almost a month to get it back. The reason I bought a new one was so I had one to use while I waited for one to get repaired.

Anyone consider sharp ice may be cutting them? Of course you could never get that in Havi since its half melted when you purchase.

That's the only thing I can think of that's possibly going wrong. I'll call tomorrow and see what they say.

3 years no leaks but I never pack them too full... Half way with drinks and then ice.. And I usually don't do the ice until the cooler is in the boat... Also when I'm done I pull the liner upside down and out to dry when it's in the garage to air out....
