the garage looks to be over 3000 sq. ft..nice!!!!!I wanna add another garage to our place on interceptor... the one we have is 22 x 56" and I wanna add another 18 x 60' ...never have enough garage space

It's 2,850, your close, it's a owner build, my buddy Wade from Kellco construction is helping me out. If you do any construction I highly recommend Frontier concrete, they have been a huge help with a lot to f stuff

Has not been going well, city has battled us with the plans long story short all of the forms had to come out. They would not approve the pour over so we have to build a block retaining wall before the slab is poured, it's due for re-inspection Tuesday so we will have our fingers crossed

I went round and round and round with the city... there's a 10' pue at the back of my lot,.... I'm the only one that had to put my wall 10' back... so after fighting for 6mo., I lost 10' of my lot... the wall is 12' high...so now there's a trash collector in the back...
