Wife cooked it as a roast and it tasted like deer to me. I suppose with some tomato, onion and peppers it might not be as deer tasting. Maybe we should have gotten someone's recipe, IDK.

When I was 10 I spent 2 weeks in Montana we had deer everything tacos. Spaghetti. Chili you name it they made it. I hated it and thought I was going to starve. I called my mom crying because I hated the taste. She told my uncle to go get Wendi some hamburger lol
