Not too bad, we found one but think its a bit high in price. We are going to throw an offer at them 50k less than what they are asking.
Honestly, we do not really want to move however, my grandma really needs stay with someone. She lives 90 miles away and it is just too far for her to be on her own so we are looking for a place with an in-laws spot for her.
We did get an offer on our house 15k under asking so we will see. We don't plan on moving unless we find a place that meets our requirements.
Only time will tell I guess.

Both. Lol. That's right next to the PV country club. Sad thing is it's about a 10 minute drive from my house. With about a 400% increase in property values.
