    LOL, they do actually.
    I work out and then play racket ball two, three hours sometimes. Drenched.
    Allows me to eat well yet maintain my thickness

    Love playing Racket ball at the gym....Just started playing last year so I am kinda new but it is def a fun intense game.

    I quit Raquetball after being beat by my then girlfriend. She wasn't even wearing shoes.

    I just started a few years ago too. I'm over 50 and I have one universal joint knee that limits me some.lol.
    I'll play with 20yr olds or 80. Win or lose I play to have fun and get my cardio.

    You ever see a professional racquetball game? Pretty intense and rarely on their feet. You go against a decent amature and it's not even fun, hence the reason I quit.

    I am 29 and play with guys in their 40's and 50's and they kick my ASS! They know what they are doing with angles and low shots. Like you, I play for the cardio aspect, they make me run my ass off lol.

    I have youtubed a few games and I cant even follow the ball.

    Mateo, do you ever play at the Rancho fitness/sports center on Carnelian and San Bernardino? I play there on Sat sometimes with my girl. She is not good either but we just play for fun.

    Nah. I'm just an old school weight lifter. I stay away from all other fitness except for refing my kids soccer games on Saturday.
