    When I was a kid my grand father took me to orlando for disneyworld on the sunset limited (discontinued) u can only go to new Orleans now due to hurricane damage. He also took me to chicago on the southwest chief. Both trips out of LA. Awesome trips!!

    Well, a belated good morning to you all also.....sorry to not chime in earlier, but today was my Friday trip, and I was running from the moment I got to the station. I hope you had a great day, mine was the usual. Crisis resolution and haul ass....Steve, thanks for the vids, that is my all time favorite RR song, as it talks about an era long gone from our times....a lot of the guys around when that song was written were my mentors and taught me the craft of running a train. I miss the talks and the stories they told....RIP in peace old friends....
