Property Taxes

I impound my property taxes so I don't see it as one bill. It is built into my house payment.

Thats how mine is along with my insurance.

I could say that with my last house and the mello roos. 5 yrs ago I sold it and moved to the country. Life is much better.

Mine is in an impound account built into the payment as well. No mello roos here. My house is the one thing that we didn't go bigger and better with when times were good....been in the same house for 13 years and I was glad about that when the shit hit the fan. Now boats and cars that's a whole another story.

Same here with regards to the house. Well we did go better with an addition.

California a boat is Personal Property tax , Luxury tax is federal , im sure the DCB is reged with the feds as a vessel so the confusion ......
