Need to give a huge shout out to AO Coolers.
I bought a 36 pack carbon cooler at the boat show last year. Labor day weekend the inside liner tore on the seam.
Finally called and decided to send it in last week to get fixed. I though hell for $100 cooler, I need it fixed since I really like it.
I got a call yesterday and was told that they are just sending me a brand new one since the cooler is so new and it should not have ripped like it did.
