    The systems that I've seen don't change fuel capacity at all, they are set to shutoff the fill before an overflow. I've been involved with both retro kits and new construction kits and overall thought they made sense.... No more overflow, indicator lights to show when you're at 95% capacity, pretty simple system. I wouldn't bother with designing a new system I'd go with a company that does that shit for a living..
