The nice thing about the red on the transom is that it doesn't show the exhaust soot as much as if it was white or a lighter color. Where did you find those pictures?

Why would there be exhaust soot? It's a mercury engine, it's supposed to be the best thing out there, is the tune not correct?

This boat doesn't have gay jet boat over the transom exhaust. Soot happens.
