I along with others received the message today while in a meeting 50 miles away from Long Beach. My phone was on vibrate (I always have it on vibrate) and it still sounded off. I personally don't like it and find it to be annoying and invasion into my personal life. I didn't request those elerts, so please don't send them to me.
