If you could go back to the western days, what 5 things would you bring with you ?
Mine would be:
1) A lighter
2) Pack of Marlboros
3) Ice Chest of Cold Beer
4) An Uzi
5) A Months Pay In Gold
Believe 1/2 of what you see and nothing of what you hear.

Ever wonder how they kept the draft beer cold served at the saloon in the old days, that has always bugged me?

There were ice boxes and ice deliveries but they didn't waste it on beer..
So when did cold beer become the norm?

The beer must have been made differently back then. There are European countries where you buy beer off the shelf and drink it at room temperature. It tastes great, unlike most American beers that taste horrible warm.

English drink warm beer because they all own Lucas refrigerators. If I have to explain that to you, you wouldn't get it.
