What does that mean?

Are you on that new kind of elliptical machine where you can jog, or act like it is stairs?
After they remodeled my 24, they added them......Not too much of a fan of them. THey have a tendency to put my feet to sleep after about 30min.

Yea. I'm not a huge fan. There's one that's suspended but only goes forward and back. I prefer that one. But, the regular elliptical is too bouncy and hard on my knee.
