    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    KGM (located in east county SD) did repairs to my painted rub rail in the past and will most likely getting that job again (screw in the Springs dock, did some damage). I was happy with that repair. Like the look of a painted rub rail if you don't have the stainless version.

    I don't think we need the hostility because of differentiating opinions. He's seen some questionable work, thanks for bringing it to attention. Another member threw out the Saleen name, he responded. I asked the member who threw out their name what his experience with them is with no response as well. Saying good things about a shop just to do so is just as bad as saying something negative as they could be leading someone down a path of questionable work.

    Just to clarify my previous post on asking the original recommender of their experience.

    Well I'm heading havasu in the morning to see how the boat turned out. Ended up taking it to adrenalin/ Ron's for everything. Wayne gave me a fair price for all the gel repairs and rub rail change. Also had them service the trailer. I'll let you all know how it turned out!!

    I'm happy

    So here's what I had done (all work was done at Adrenalin Detail);

    Trailer service, 2006 Extreme triple axle. fixed one of the brake calipers (I brought it to him in a box), new seals and oil in all 6 oil bath hubs, checked all the other brakes. Serviced the Master cylinder, flushed the lines and replaced with new. quoted me $375, bill was $375.

    Gel repair. I had several bad gouges, 2 chunks in the rear swim step ( I don't want to discuss how they happened ), Bottom repair (18 years of beaching), and the Port side rear quarter (between the chine and the rub rail) gel was very bad. I can't find any of the gouges or dings now, and the rear quarter repair was a lot of work. 4 colors, blend and clear.. and I cannot find where they blended it into the old. I'm pretty impressed.

    3rd was the change out of the rub rail. It had extruded aluminum (black) with a black rubber insert originally (stunning look on a mostly white boat ). It was badly dented, and basically looked like hell..LOL! They removed it all, had to do some grinding on the bow due to misalignment, and it appears they buffed the flat area where the rubrail went prior to putting on the new stainless 1 piece (glad they did), as it looked a little ratty before... did I mention this Boat is 18 years old .

    Overall I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the work, and the cleanliness of the boat when I picked it up. Wayne and Jesse will see more of my boat in the future. great guys, and no surprises in the end.

    here's a few pics of the finished product..
