That worked for a number of years.
Then he had some sort of time release gadget under his skin for a few years, then it steamrolled him.
Chemo and radiation did nothing, but like I said, that was 13 years after the fact.
So you just never know.
It's all statistics.
But you know what? Sometimes we beat the house odds!!
That's outstanding you got to spend 13 extra years with your father! I hope (read pray) we get the same for my father in law. One of the most decent men I have ever had the privilege of knowing. The idea they gave him 2 years with "aggressive" cancer does seem questionable Greg. Who knows? Perhaps different types of cancer have different definitions and timelines of aggressiveness. I haven't had a lot of time to do research on this yet.
