I'm confident I'm a gainer. I kind of tried to eat right the past 5-6 days but it just didn't work out. Fish and Chips, Hot Pretzel Bites, Ahi Poke, Crab Cakes....and that was at restaurants. At the show it was chips and salsa, hotdogs, and beer. I did eat a turkey wrap Friday for lunch though

Ahi Poke is healthy. So one item was good. Keep up the good work!

My oldest son Buzzz (Wannabe, here on the board) has lost 39 lbs since the first of January.

I agree! I haven't lost much weight but I'm still eating well and not drinking much if at all. I'm committed!

Mostly portion control, coupled with lots of exercise and calorie counting. He's extremely competitive, by the way.
