OK team.....this is the part of the process that get's tough. Once we've been at this for a month "Life" starts to get in the way and most lose interest and start thinking "This is not a good time....I'll lose weight some other time"......this is EXACTLY why people don't get to their goals!!
The key to success is to stay with it even when it is HARD......of course it's hard, if it was easy everyone could do it.....it wouldn't take commitment, anything worth achieving is worth being hard.......so all I can say is get back on your plan if you've had a stumble......there will ALWAYS be stumbles but you simply need to get back on your plan and back on the weight loss train.........YOU CAN DO IT!!!
If you've give up and consider yourself a quitter and not a loser let us know and we'll remove your name from the group.......on the other hand there is NO REASON to give up even if you haven't really started yet......we still have 2 months left to go and there's plenty of time to get on a serious plan!!
GOod luck everyone, you've done great so far but we can all do better

Yeah. They got me for two pies last week!
And everything Paul said is true. This is less fun than gaining weight!

I'm craving something sweet really bad!! Any recommendations for a low calorie, low sugar sweet sensation (cake, cupcake, pie) I need something.

That's not nice.
You'd be better off eating a cookie than those candies, I think. The serving size of the candy is probably like 5 pieces @ 150 calories. I'm sure 1 cookie has less than that.
