Went to Lo Lo's Chicken & Waffles in South Phoenix for the first time today........pretty damn good! The chicken breast was as big as a turkey and the waffle was delicious! Sounds strange but was real tasty!

Mateo of you didn't work out you weigh 300 lbs. you eat horribly fattening foods on a regular basis.

I seem to be doing a pretty damn good job in it too! Thanks for noticing.

Which is the exact reason why I work out. I work out so I can eat what I want when I want. Actually when I stop working out, I generally lose weight as muscle weighs more than fat. And when I'm working out less, I'm not as hungry.
