    Cannon is sending a lock unit free. This thing is at least 10-12yrs old. Either good customer service or they are aware of a problem. So all I have to do is get it open.

    HB, the only thing my book says is wait at least 15 minutes bc they go in lockout mode after X amount of wrong combination attempts. Not saying you're entering wrong combo, but the safe may think so.
