As close to "perfect" job as I can imagine really...
Good wages, benefits, decent environment, good people, some say in my hours, nobody breathing down my neck.
Secure, annual bonus (best ever and paid next week), and I enjoy what I do; use 3D CAM software to program CNC machines making turbine jet engine components.
Only wish it was closer to home or I could tele-comutte...
60 miles each way and the driving has SUCKED worse this winter than ever.

Unless you heard only good stuff, it's all lies. Pilots are great people. Being a great person is a requirement to learn to fly.
