Wendi had another very good week moving into 1st place among the ladies @3.75% overall loss since starting and just barely eeking out Eli as these 2 gals are both doing a great job of staying committed and continuing on toward their goal before swimsuit season arrives!!!

On the overall front Tishimself continues to make steady progress surpassing 5% total weight loss and in a very solid second place but more importantly one step closer toward a "Shirt off" boating season

Last but not least we would be remiss if we left out the one person that inspired us all to start down this path, the man who by his own unselfishness in pointing out how he had seriously plumped up got us all thinking about getting serious for swimsuit weather and for that we thank you for the motivation GRADS...................now maybe you could back up your words with a little action and get your ass in gear ??
