Wow, you lost 8 lbs in one week? That's awesome! If I could lose 8 lbs in one week I'd be thrilled!

It was all alcohol & food weight from the night before's NFL Championship Game before we weighed in last week. I lost 5/6 lbs that week but then put it back on before the weight-in.
GRADS is onto something - weigh in AFTER your morning u know what!!!
